XDS was established in 1985 as The Diagnostic Group, Inc. to provide consulting services related to fluid mechanics and heat transfer processes. In the late 1980’s, the Company’s expertise in drying technology led us to grow from consulting to retrofitting dryer improvements to designing specialty drying and curing systems for a wide variety of applications under the trade name of Xeric Web® Drying Systems. In 2012, The Diagnostic Group, Inc. was acquired by long-time partner and reseller of corrugated drying equipment, JB Machinery and the new company was branded with the name XDS Holdings, Inc. JB Machinery has focused primarily on sheet-fed corrugated markets, while XDS remains focused on web markets as well as renewed focus on delivering technically superior products that solve our customers’ challenges.
